The agency commenced operations as a corporation in June 1917. After a succession of stockholders the agency became Mitchell, Reed & Associates, Inc. in December of 1996. In May of 2000, Mitchell, Reed & Associates became an affiliated corporation of Cashmere Valley Bank. And in 2002, to better serve our clients in Cashmere and Leavenworth, Mitchell, Reed and Associates purchased LaVigne Insurance Agency located in Cashmere.
